NOTICE OF AUCTION SALE OF MV AMS 1 IMO 9019999

1. According to the Haifa Admiralty court decision dated 3.3.2025 the liquidator hereby invites offers for purchase of the vessel MV AMS 1 IMO 9019999 registered in Cameroon under registered owner Amir Maritime Services LLC a company incorporated in the Marshall Islands. The vessel is currently docked at Haifa Port, Israel at a non-operational dock.
2.  The vessel is auctioned for sale before the Haifa Admiralty Court AS IS, WHERE IS AND WITH ALL FAULTS.
3. To the best of the Liquidator's knowledge the vessel has been idle since May 2024, due to a failure in the crankshaft. A survey of the Vessel current apparent condition is available. Bidders may also inspect the vessel onboard, through prior arrangement with the Liquidator and it is the bidder's responsibility, to verify and to examine whether independently or with consultants or experts on their behalf, all relevant details and information of the vessel necessary to the submission of an offer. This includes but is not limited to the vessel's condition, mechanical condition, registration status, its current and potential future uses.
4.  The winning bidder will be solely responsible for towing the vessel from its current location at the Haifa Port, Israel, and they shall bear all costs, liabilities and obligation stemming from the towing of the vessel.  
5.  Offers shall be submitted at the bidder's exclusive responsibility and discretion after they have made all inspections deemed necessary.
6. The Liquidator shall not be liable in any way or the accuracy of any detail or information related to the vessel, and shall not be responsible for any discrepancies or defects that may be discovered in the vessel.
7.  All offers shall include a signed irrevocable offer form, signed terms and condition of auction sale with a bank check on the amount of 10,000 $ (USD) to the order of the Liquidator's trust bank account (which will be returned to the bidders who are not selected as winners within 7 days from the date of the auction and the court's approval of the sale). Offers shall be submitted to the liquidator's office at: Office@maritime-law.co.il no later than 31 March 2025.
8. This invitation to submit offers is not a tender and is not subject to tender laws. The liquidator does not take any obligation to accept the highest offer or any offer and is free to negotiate with a bidder or bidders all at his exclusive discretion.
9. In order to receive "Vessel's file" which includes certificates, information sheet, terms and conditions of auction sale, irrevocable offer form, survey of apparent condition of the vessel, Principal dimensions and General arrangement plan of the vessel, please send a request to Office@maritime-law.co.il
10. The auction sale is scheduled to 1 April 2025 at 13:30 before the Haifa Admiralty Court , honorable judger Eyal Doron in file no. 44174-02-25 at 12 Pal-Yam St., Haifa, Israel. Bidders can join the auction physically or via video conference.
