Maritime Law Office sells a vessel named "RUSTEM" IMO 8519954 (General Cargo Vessel), located at Ashdod Port, Israel in Judicial Auction.

The vessel has been at Ashdod Port since June 2026. It was arrested in connection with claims by crew members for unpaid wages. The crew has since left the vessel. and the vessel is currently moored at Dock No. 4 at Ashdod Port, Israel.

Bids shall be submitted up until 15 September 2026 at 12:00 (Israel Time). The auction will take place on 16 Septembe 2026 at 14:30 (Israel Time) before the Haifa Admiralty Court. The auction can be attended in person or via video conference.

Participation on the auction is conditional upon submission of a witten and signed irrevocable offer, along with signed Terms and Conditions and a confirmation of deposit on the amount of 10,000$ (USD) to the Liquidator's trust account or submission of a bank check on same amount (10,000$), no later than 15 September 2026 to: Office@maritime-law.co.il.
